The table 'safety and security' is a new offshoot of Sensor Universe. Reason for this theme to set a table that has sensors and security are closely related. Businesses, government and citizens would not do without it. Think about access control, process control and in companies such as Gasunie and NAM, or monitoring and alarm company or at home. The importance to public safety, such as festivals or major sporting events needs no explanation.

The table "Safety and Security" is led by Kees Donker, Innovation & Technology Executive of IBM. Secretary of the table is Peter Elskamp Syntens.

The purpose of the table is to create partnerships around the use of sensors and smart systems. Connecting users, companies and suppliers of knowledge should lead to new business.
Consider applications for;

• Industry, including process security and surveillance

The meeting will have to make clear the areas where there is a need to develop projects and / or partnerships.
