Agriculture combined with sensortechology are a powerful combination, with Northern Netherlands as a breeding ground. In agriculture, horticulture and animal husbandry, new sensortechnology rapidly finds itsway. The motto 'more with less" is executed with GPS, advanced disease control, fertilizing and the demand-driven unmanned tractor. More to come?

Projects in this area include:

• On thee Sensor Universe conference of 25 november 2010, the IJkakker is the central topic.
